I'm Stevyn. An exercise physiologist, educator, consultant, and speaker with wanderlust (a love for travel and exploration). I help moms with a business lose as much weight as they want, whenever they want, without working very hard.
I believe that if you seek wellness you will find freedom. Your body is your greatest asset and will be a vehicle for freedom or bondage depending on your health.
I am a veteran in the fitness industry with 20 years of experience including National Institutes of Health (NIH) research on women and high blood pressure, personal training, corporate wellness, cardiac rehab, group fitness, and launching fitness programs in both the US and Australia.
Whether traveling in the Airstream travel trailer, hitting the beaches of Australia, or biking in the foothills of Colorado with my husband and two children, finding ways to keep my family healthy on the road is a must. I have documented our adventures and my thoughts about healthy living in my WanderWell Blog.
Avita Yoga Teacher
Hi Mate! I'm Troy...a Avita (&Kaiut) 700 hour trained Yoga teacher. I discovered a love for yoga while living in sunny, sub-tropical Brisbane, Australia. After I moved back to the States and landed in beautiful Boulder, Colorado, I began taking Kaiut Yoga classes. The 'less is more' philosophy of Kaiut Yoga made such an impact on my mind and body that I decided to go through teacher training with the Brazilian founder Francisco Kaiut. I continued my training under Jeff Bailey of Yoga Loft and now teach Avita Yoga classes on Tuesday and Thursday afternoons. Come join me!
I am a veteran from the US Navy and recovering cheeseburger addict. Since my introduction to restorative yoga, I've experienced a profound change in my body awareness as well as improvements in my joint range of motion and posture.
