Hi, I'm Stevyn, an exercise physiologist with wanderlust (a love for travel and exploration). I believe that if you seek wellness you will find freedom. Your body is your greatest asset and will be a vehicle for freedom or bondage depending on your health.
I am a veteran in the fitness industry with over 19 years of experience including National Institutes of Health (NIH) research on women and high blood pressure, personal training, corporate wellness, cardiac rehab, group fitness, and launching fitness programs in both the US and Australia.
In addition, I am an Active Office Specialist. Whether you are contemplating bringing in Active Seating or adding a Relaxation Room to your office, I can help you navigate the process safely.
I recently became a pelvic floor advocate and teach women how to exercise safely through pelvic organ prolapse, menopause, and every stage of life. It wasn't until I experienced a series of health events that I realized that it is my duty and privilege to empower women to become their own advocates of their health and then turn around and inspire the next generation of women. Whether traveling in the Airstream travel trailer, hitting the beaches of Australia, or biking in the foothills of Colorado with my husband and two children, finding ways to keep my family healthy on the road is a must. Troy, Kaiut Yoga Teacher
Hi Mate! I'm Troy...a Kaiut Yoga teacher. I discovered a love for yoga while living in sunny sub-tropical Brisbane, Australia. After I moved back to the States and landed in beautiful Boulder, Colorado, I began taking Kaiut Yoga classes. The 'less is more' philosophy of Kaiut Yoga made such an impact on my mind and body that I decided to go through teacher training with the Brazilian founder Francisco Kaiut.
I am a veteran from the US Navy and recovering cheeseburger addict. Since my introduction to Kaiut Yoga, I've experienced a profound change in my body awareness as well as improvements in my joint range of motion and posture.
