崗位職責(Job Responsibilities):
1. 良好的系統操作能力及使用經驗,能運用Salesforce、SAP等系統及時跟進CRM合同審批、SAP下單、及其他業務相關操作等。
Good system operation skills and experience, be able to use Salesforce, SAP and other systems to timely follow up contract approval, SAP orders process, and other business related operations.
2. 有數據處理及分析能力和經驗,針對系統中的訂單及業務信息,對歷史訂單進行數據梳理、篩查和調整,并動態管理和更新系統中的新訂單信息,確保相關系統報表數據準確。
Have ability and experience of data processing and analysis. According to the order and business information in the system, make sorting, screening and data adjusting of historical orders, and dynamically manage and update the new order information in the system, to ensure the data accuracy of relevant report from system
3. 參與和推動相關業務信息化跟進和管理,協調IT部門進行系統訂單的信息集成, 實現訂單全流程跟蹤以及信息化管理。
Participate in and promote the business informatization follow-up and management, coordinate the IT department for the order information integration, and achieve the whole process of order tracing and information management
4. 熟練使用辦公軟件(包含Word、Excel等),做訂單全流程跟進,并定期對各類業務數據進行匯總、管理、校對和分析。如銷售預測、排產計劃、合同報表、庫存報表等。
Proficient in using Office software (including Word, Excel, etc.), following up the whole process of orders, and regularly summarizing, managing, proofreading and analyzing all kinds of business data. Such as, FCST, production plan, Contract Summary and Inventory report.
5. 良好的跨部門溝通能力,作為業務對接窗口獨立支持所負責區域的業務跟進; 協調各方資源,支持區域業務目標達成。
Good cross-departmental communication skills, independently support the business follow-up in the responsible region; Coordinate the resources of all parties to support the achievement of regional business target.
6. 產銷協同管理,負責分配和管理公司產能和庫存等資源,協調銷售及其它相關部門,支持從需求產生到款項回收的整個業務流程,及時在系統中更新業務狀態,并做好文件歸檔工作。
Production supply and Marketing demand coordination, responsible for allocation and management of capacity and inventory resource. Work with sales and other functional departments to manage the whole order process from opportunity inquiry to payment collection process, and update the business status timely in System. Manage all commercial documents with proper filing.
7. 完成上級經理交待的其他任務。
Complete other tasks assigned by line manager
資歷要求(Qualification Criteria):
1. 3年及以上進出口跟單、銷售支持或客戶服務等相關工作經驗,熟悉銷售支持和訂單跟進及操作流程;優秀應屆畢業生也可。
At least 3years related working experience on exporting business follow up, sales support or customer service, be familiar with sales support and orders processing work. Fresh graduates are also welcome
2. 良好的溝通能力和執行力, 積極主動,良好的團隊協作精神。
Good communication skill, good execution, proactive, good team work spirit.
3. 本科及以上學歷.
Bachelor degree or above.
4. 日語流利、英文可溝通,熟練使用Office辦公軟件, 善于數據分析。
Good command ofJapanese、English, skilled with MS office software. Good at data analysis.
5. 有Sales force(CRM)及ERP(SAP)相關操作經驗。
With Experience on sales force and ERP (SAP)system operation.
