【工作職責】

1、保證全公司各業務的人、錢、物的企畫及實施、采購、財務、人事&總務各部門機能有效運行

2、保證部門內一般貿易品，政府補貼（含其他客戶的補貼業務）的業務擴大

【能力標準】

1、基本能力：制定、推進、改善：公司經營理念、基本方針、口號、年度方針&目標、職權職責

2、行動力：能改善工作，完成對應部門的職權職責。

【職位要求】

（1）財務/人力資源/工商管理類

（2）知名高新企業人事&總務、采購、財務管理職5年

【技能要求】

1、持國家級人力資源、采購、會計等相關職業資格證。 　　　　　 

2、精通PDCA、5S。

3、精通ERP系統、數據分析、IT技能。

4、具備非凡的執行力、管理魄力，人格魅力。

5、協助進行人力資源相關的數據統計工作。
